Mindfulness Activity: Breathing In and Breathing Out (Class KG2)
In our KG2 class, students participated in a calming mindfulness activity focused on deep breathing. The children sat comfortably in a circle and were guided through a simple exercise of breathing in slowly and breathing out gently. This practice not only helped them relax but also taught them to be aware of their feelings and the present moment.
By focusing on each breath, the young learners developed a sense of calm and improved their concentration. The activity encouraged them to listen to their bodies and appreciate the importance of taking a pause. This mindfulness exercise lays a strong foundation for emotional well-being, nurturing a peaceful and attentive mindset from an early age.
