Admission Process at Karmaneya School Of Excellence

  1. Obtain the Prospectus and Register Your Child:

    • Visit our office during regular hours between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm to acquire the school’s prospectus. You can either collect it in person or appoint a proxy. Inside the prospectus, you’ll find necessary forms and a list of required documents for registration. Submit completed forms to the school’s front desk and receive further instructions.

  2. Online Registration Option:

    • For added convenience, utilize our online registration service available at http://ksenagpur.edu.in/enquiry-now/ Follow the instructions for providing necessary information, payment, and registration. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Finalize pre-admission formalities by presenting the online-generated receipt with the registration number at the school’s front office. Additional information will be communicated by our front office.

  3. Required Documents for Registration:

    • Transfer Certificate (Original, from Class II onwards)
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • Birth Certificate (Original, up to Class I)
    • Migration Certificate (XI)
    • Aadhar Card (optional)
    • Report Card
    • Latest Photographs (with name mentioned on the backside)
    • Bonafide Certificate
    • Interaction Schedule

After submitting the application, you’ll receive a date and time for an interaction. On the scheduled day, both parents and the child should visit the school.

Admission:

  • Upon successful interaction, provisional admission will be granted. Complete remaining formalities and submit required fees within the specified timeframe. Please note, admission status remains provisional until all necessary documents are submitted and the process is fully completed within the given timeframe.

Age Criteria for Admissions 2024-2025:

  • PN: 3 years as of 31st Dec, 2024 (born between 01-JULY-2020 to 31ST DEC, 2021)
  • NUR: 4 years as of 31st Dec, 2024 (born between 01-JULY-2019 to 31ST DEC, 2020)
  • PREP: 5 years as of 31st Dec, 2024 (born between 01-JULY-2018 to 31ST DEC, 2019)
  • I: 6 years as of 31st Dec, 2024 (born between 01-JULY-2017 to 31ST DEC, 2018)
