Karmaneya School of Excellence proudly conducted a Virtual Exchange Programme with Royal Academy, Ajman, under the initiative “Mind Matters”, providing students with a valuable platform to share ideas, exchange perspectives, and explore the importance of mental well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth.

🎤 Samridhi & Uday explored the connection between the soul, mind, and intellect, highlighting the importance of inner awareness and balanced thinking.
🔹 Class 9 – Beyond the Game: Sports, Mental Health & Performance
🎤 Chhavi & Preeti discussed the relationship between sports, mental well-being, and performance, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy mind alongside physical fitness.
🔹 Class 11 – Pressure to Progress
🎤 Himani & Saurabh shared insights into academic and personal pressures, focusing on turning challenges into opportunities for growth and progress.
🌸 The programme commenced with a warm welcome and greetings by our respected Principal, Dr. Unnati Datar, who introduced the session and expressed gratitude to the partner school for joining this enriching exchange.
